RepTrack Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

RepTrack is a fitness app for workout planning, exercise tracking, progress tracking, nutrition logging, exercise media, and optional cloud sync. This policy explains what data RepTrack accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares.

Data You Provide

RepTrack may store workout plans, exercises, workout sessions, sets, body metrics, progress photos, nutrition targets, meals, recovery check-ins, reminder preferences, and account information.

If you create an account or sign in, RepTrack may process your email address, authentication identifiers, and sync metadata.

If you add exercise demos, meal photos, or progress photos, RepTrack may process the images, GIFs, videos, file metadata, and local or cloud storage paths you choose to save.

Camera, Photos, And Microphone

RepTrack requests camera access so you can capture exercise demonstration photos and short form-check videos.

RepTrack requests photo library or media picker access so you can choose progress photos, meal photos, and exercise media from your device.

RepTrack may request microphone access when you capture video, because videos can include an audio track.

Camera, photo, and microphone access happens only after you choose a feature that needs it and grant the operating system permission.

How Data Is Used

RepTrack uses your data to provide workout tracking, exercise media display, progress charts, nutrition tracking, smart suggestions, local-first storage, authentication, and optional cloud sync.

If AI features are enabled, a meal photo or fitness input you choose to submit may be sent through RepTrack backend services to an AI provider to generate an estimate or draft. AI output is for review before saving.

RepTrack does not sell personal or sensitive user data.

Local Storage And Cloud Sync

RepTrack is local-first. Core fitness data is stored on your device using SQLite so the app can work offline.

If cloud features are configured and you sign in, RepTrack may sync user-owned data and uploaded media with Supabase services for authentication, database storage, file storage, and multi-device access.

Data sent to cloud services is transmitted over HTTPS.

Sharing

RepTrack shares data only as needed to operate app features, such as authentication, cloud sync, file storage, and optional AI processing.

Service providers may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions, and AI providers only when AI features are enabled and you choose to use them.

RepTrack may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to prevent abuse of the service.

Retention And Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or reset the app data.

Cloud data remains associated with your account until you delete it in the app where deletion is available or request account and data deletion through the developer contact listed on the store listing.

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery.

Children

RepTrack is not intended for children. Do not use RepTrack if you are not old enough to consent to fitness, health, and account data processing in your location.

Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, use the developer contact email listed on the RepTrack Google Play or App Store listing.
